12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Me Myself I Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim, or AUD $100 if you use the Service for free.
13. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create a security risk, or misuse the Service. If termination occurs without cause, a prorated refund may be issued. We may retain limited data as required by law after termination.
14. Governing Law
